This policy explains how Skale Solutions Inc. ("Skale", "we") collects and uses personal information when you visit skale.solutions, fill in one of our lead forms (including lead forms on X), book a call, join our email list or otherwise get in touch with us.

Skale Solutions Inc. is a Delaware corporation that makes launch videos for startups. We are responsible for the personal information described here.

• Details you give us: your name, email address, company, job title, X handle and anything else you enter in a lead form, on our booking page or in a message to us.
• Booking details: the time you pick and your answers on our booking form, such as funding stage, budget, how you heard about us and any notes.
• Calls and messages: our emails and messages with you, and notes from calls. We may use a note-taking or transcription tool on calls.
• Website activity: the pages you visit, the site or ad that sent you, campaign tags, time on page, scrolling, clicks, your browser and device, and your approximate location (country, region and city).

• Our own analytics do not use cookies and do not store your IP address. They count visits with a scrambled ID that changes every day.
• We use click heatmaps to see how pages are used. We do not record visitor sessions.
• We use X advertising tags to measure our ads and reach people who have interacted with us. X may use cookies or similar technology for this, under its own privacy policy. You can limit this in your X privacy settings or with your browser's tracking controls.
• Our booking calendar is provided by Cal.com, which may use its own cookies.

• To reply to you, schedule and hold calls, and follow up about your project.
• To prepare proposals, deliver our services and handle invoices and payments.
• To send you occasional emails about our work. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To understand which pages, posts and ads are useful, and to improve them.
• To keep our services secure and meet our legal, tax and accounting duties.

If you are in the EEA or UK, we rely on your consent, our legitimate interest in running and promoting our business, the steps needed to enter into or perform a contract with you, and our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with:

• Providers that help us run our business, such as X for ads and lead forms, Cal.com for scheduling, Google for email and calendar, beehiiv for email newsletters, and our hosting, analytics, note-taking and project tools.
• Our team members and contractors who need it for their work and must keep it confidential.
• Professional advisers, such as our lawyers and accountants.
• Authorities, when the law requires it, or a buyer or successor if our business is sold or reorganized.

When you hire us, our agreement with you governs confidential information and the materials you provide. If that agreement and this policy conflict on those topics, the agreement controls.

We protect your information with a reasonable degree of care, including industry standard security measures. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including staying in touch about possible work, then delete it. We keep some records longer where the law requires it, such as tax and accounting records. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

We are a US company, our team works from several countries and our providers operate worldwide, so your information may be processed outside the country where you live. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:

• show you the personal information we hold about you and give you a copy of it
• correct it or delete it
• limit how we use it, or object to how we use it, including for marketing and advertising
• withdraw any consent you gave us

California residents: our use of X advertising tags may count as "sharing" for targeted advertising under California law. You can opt out by emailing us.

Our services are for businesses and are not meant for anyone under 18.

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top. This policy is governed by the laws of Delaware, without affecting any rights you have under the laws of the place where you live.
